About us

Thank you for choosing Bailey's Pet Services. Bailey's has been in operation since 2013 and the devoted team at Bailey's is dedicated to ensuring every animal who comes through our doors is treated like family. We provide a variety of services which include boarding, daycare, bathing and grooming. We have a smaller number of kennels and cat condos which ensures that your fur baby recieves more one-on-one attention while staying with us. Our incredible employees will make your pet feel right at home!

We have two grass yards and two concrete play yards that are fully enclosed by 6 foot fencing. The yards are equipped with shaded areas and pools for those hot summer days! We also house a large indoor play room for when the weather outside is not permittable to ensure that your pets still recieve adequate exercise and enrichment.

Our goal is to be a pet care provider that you can trust! We can't wait to meet you!

Karen

Owner

Karen started working at Bailey's in May of 2013. She fell in love caring for clients pets, worked hard, and became the owner in 2019. Her father was a horse trainer and her mother was a dog groomer, so Karen grew up loving all types of animals. Currently she is working on becoming Fear Free certified.

Katie

Kennel Assistant

Katie relocated from Ohio to Kentucky in 2022 with her cat Charlie. She is our resident "crazy cat lady". She enjoys doing photography in her spare time and brings that interest with fun and creative projects while your pets are in our care.

Mary

Kennel Assistant

Mary is a senior at Eastern Kentucky University. She is completing her Bachelors of Science in General Studies. She recently married her high school sweet heart, who is currently serving in the Army National Guard. Together, they have a chocolate lab named Hank, who loves coming in for daycare! They also have a Yorkie mix named Benny.

Zoe

Kennel Technician

Zoe is a junior at Spalding University. She is completing a Bachelors of Natural Science with the route of Pre-Veterinarian. She is hoping to continue her schooling to become a veterinarian in the future! She lives in Louisville with her cat Finneas and her Corgi named Kelso.

I highly recommend this place. Before I boarded I was given a full tour of the facility and was given time to ask questions and explain my dog’s needs. My very very anxious Great Dane has intense separation anxiety and they did a great job working with us through the drop off process. My two dogs stayed for boarding recently (2/16-2/19), and I am so glad they did! Both my dogs are older rescues, and Karen, Katie and Mary all took such great care of them. My Australian cattle dog, Pete, gets separation anxiety, so I was concerned he was going to have a hard time. But that was not so! He did wonderfully and he definitely felt safe at Bailey's-- when we went to leave instead of beelining straight for the truck when I said it was time to go he made his way promptly over to Karen for some good bye pets and love.

Been coming here for years. It a drive from Louisville but best pet service around. Pet always happy and they take excellent care of your furry friend. Cost and service is very convenient!
